From 28th August, there are new US tariffs on international packages, meaning increased costs and potential delays for UK shipments into the USA.
But here's the good news:
💜 Your delivery experience won't change
You won't need to lift a finger! We've moved to a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service, which means we'll take care of all duties, tariffs, and customs admin on your behalf. Everything is handled upfront, so your WeeBox will continue to arrive just as smoothly as before - with no surprise charges and nothing extra for you to do.
💜 We're keeping one step ahead
To cover the additional admin costs caused by the new tariffs, there will be a small $2.50 adjustment to your monthly subscription. This will be applied automatically to your bill. We are not passing on the full 10% tariff and have absorbed as much as we can to minimise the impact on you.
💜 Your September 2025 WeeBox will arrive slightly later than usual.
With the new tariffs coming into effect, we've been advised that the start of September will be an especially busy and uncertain time for international shipping. To make sure your WeeBox isn't delayed or lost during this period, we've decided to ship your September WeeBox in mid-September with Royal Mail instead. This small delay gives us the best chance of getting your WeeBox to you quickly and safely.
